Brussels, 23 March 2026 (MIA) - Promoting cooperation in education, skills, and youth policies, as well as opportunities for further enhancement of the partnership within European education and mobility programs were discussed at a meeting Monday between Foreign Minister Timcho Mucunski and the European Commission’s Executive Vice-President for Social Rights and Skills, Quality Jobs and Preparedness, Roxana Minzatu. 

“This afternoon in Brussels, together with the head of the National Agency for European Educational Programs and Mobility, Ana Mihajlov, we met with the Executive Vice-President of the European Commission for Social Right, Skills, Quality Jobs and Preparedness, Roxana Minzatu. We spoke about promoting cooperation in education, skills, and youth policies, as well as opportunities for further enhancement of our partnership in European education and mobility programs,” Mucunski wrote in a post on his official Facebook profile. 

The Minister added that at the meeting they highlighted the country’s commitment to boosting the educational system’s quality and alignment with European standards, as well as to greater participation in “Erasmus+” programs and the European Education Area.
