Skopje, 7 October 2024 (MIA) - The leader of the Democratic Party of the Albanians (DPA) and MP Menduh Thaçi said Monday evening that he and the party he leads will no longer be a part of the DUI-led European Front coalition.

“The reason I was absent from the press conference for the 100 days in office of the Government organized by the European Front is because DPA and I will no longer be a part of the coalition,” Thaçi said in an interview for TV Klan Macedonia.

Earlier on Monday the whip of the European Front’s parliamentary group, Blerim Bexheti told journalists that the European Front coalition is “functioning in its full composition” when asked about media reports that Thaçi is leaving the coalition.
