Skopje, 14 May 2025 (MIA) - Health Minister and leader of an Alliance of Albanians (AA) bloc, Arben Taravari, says he will resign while expecting other officials from the AA ranks to be dismissed.

"I am resigning, the others will be dismissed," Taravari told MIA.

This comes after AA decided to leave the ruling coalition and go into opposition due to misunderstandings with the other "Vlen" coalition partners. AA has said it would put forward its own lists of candidates at the coming local elections.

Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said earlier today that new names would be nominated for the posts held by AA in the coming period.
