Veles, 18 April 2024 (MIA) — Levica's presidential candidate Biljana Vankovska presented her election platform and Levica leader Dimitar Apasiev launched the party's election campaign platform at a rally in Veles.
"I'm arriving from Kocho Racin's Memorial House where I just heard some of his poems. Before this rally began, in talking with Dimitar Apasiev, he said 'There is no revolution without poetry.' And it is true," Vankovska told voters.
"What makes us different from those who run short distances is that we are running a marathon. We are not happy with a leather armchair and a term in office. We have a cause," she said.
She also said Levica was not demanding reforms but "a radical change of everything in existence."
According to Apasiev, it was no coincidence that Levica's campaign for the parliamentary elections started from his hometown, "the Red Veles, the city of Gancho Hadzhi Panzov and many other fighters, including Kosta Solev Racin."
"This is literally the last historical train to realign geopolitically so we can keep our country," Apasiev said. mr/
