Skopje, 12 February 2023 (MIA) - Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski expects a constructive debate in the Parliament on Monday, focused on the election of new ministers and deputy ministers after the Alliance for Albanians (AA) joined the Government.
"I expect the Government reshuffle proposal to be approved by the parliamentary majority so that the Government continues to realize its programme up to the 2024 elections," PM Kovachevski told TV Kanal 5.
On Alternativa, the PM says the Government's doors remain open for the party.
"Alternativa shares the same strategic objectives as the Government coalition. This was confirmed when adopting important decisions on the opening of EU accession negotiations. I have told the Alternativa leader that the enlargement of the majority leads to certain recomposition of posts within the Government and certain institutions. Alternativa had its own demands over the past week," says Kovachevski.
