Skopje, 10 February 2024 (MIA) — SDSM president Dimitar Kovachevski confirmed that the Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti was visiting the country Friday and Saturday to attend the two-day regional meeting of the Party of European Socialists held Saturday at the SDSM headquarters in Skopje.

"Mr. Kurti is attending the meeting led by PES vice president Radmila Shekerinska," Kovachevski said in response to a reporter's question.

Speaking at the joint press conference held together with German Social Democratic Party president Lars Klingbeil, the SDSM leader also said he had attended Friday a dinner with Kosovo's PM Kurti together with other guests who included presidents, vice presidents and secretaries of regional social democratic parties. mr/
