Inadequate measures for rural women’s labour market inclusion, steps for improvement required
- The measures and actions taken by the competent authorities are not sufficiently effective in creating conditions for the inclusion of rural women in the labour market. Adequate emancipation has not been ensured, nor is proper value given to their work, including fair wages. Over the past decades, the competent authorities have continuously ignored the need for balanced regional development. This is an ongoing process indicating the need for additional measures, as highlighted Wednesday at the promotional event of the joint audit report from the regional cooperative performance audit.
