Skopje, 7 May 2023 (MIA) - The Ministry of Interior is observing Macedonian Police Day-May 7, with the main event to take place in Ohrid on Sunday.

Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski and Interpol President, Major General Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, are set to address the event attended by Government ministers, ministers of interior and police directors from European countries, representatives of the diplomatic corps and other high-level guests.

On the occasion, Minister Spasovski, MoI State Secretary Magdalena Nestorovska, Public Security Bureau director Sasho Tasevski and deputy-director Arif Asani, Veterans' Association, families of perished MoI members and representatives of the Macedonian Police Union will also lay wreaths at the monument of fallen MoI members in Skopje.
