Skopje, 10 October 2022 (MIA) – On the occasion of October 11 – National Uprising Day, the Government of North Macedonia will hold Tuesday a ceremony under the slogan "Always on the Right Side" in front of the memorial-ossuary in Kumanovo. Additionally, government delegations will lay wreaths at the monuments of the fallen fighters in Skopje and Prilep. According to a government press release, the central event in Kumanovo will begin with the laying of a wreath at the memorial-ossuary. The government delegation will be led by Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski, and it will consist of Artan Grubi, first Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Political System and Inter-Community Relations, Jovana Trenchevsa, Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Admirim Aliti, Minister of Information Society and Administration. Afterwards the ceremony will continue with a cultural-artistic program in front of the memorial-ossuary and with the address of Prime Minister Kovachevski. With special honors, a government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister in charge of good governance policies, Slavica Grkovska, and consisting of Aleksandar Bajdevski, Deputy Minister of Information Society and Administration and Bashkim Hasani, Deputy Minister of Defence, will lay wreaths at the Monument to the Liberators of Skopje in front of the government building. Additionally, as part of the events marking October 11, an official government delegation will participate in an event in Prilep, at the monument of Metodija Andonov Chento. The delegation will consist of Bisera Kostadinovska Stojchevska, Minister of Culture, Vladimir Rendevski, Deputy Minister of Health and Xhemil Qamili, head of the Agency for Development of Agriculture. ad/sk/
