Kovachevski-Al Maktoum: UAE see potential for investments in renewables, agri-business, tourism, infrastructure
Skopje, 20 October 2022 (MIA) – The Government’s efforts to mitigate the effects of the energy crisis and the importance of new investments were in the focus of the meeting of Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski with United Arab Emirates (UAE) Vice President, Prime Minister and Defense Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on Thursday. PM Kovachevski expressed satisfaction from the bilateral relations, highlighting the potential for even greater cooperation in the future, the Government said in a press release. Kovachevski and Al Maktoum referred to the importance of new investments in North Macedonia amid the economic-energy crisis, as well as support by development funds in stimulating the national economy.
