Skopje, 5 December 2024 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade met Thursday with Hungary’s Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Zsolt Bunford.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade said Mucunski and Bunford spoke about the “dynamic and continued political dialogue between the two friendly countries” over the past three decades, as well as the “excellent bilateral cooperation” in several areas, with a special emphasis on the economy.
“The focus of talks was placed on the European perspective of the countries from the region and the principled and continued Hungarian assistance in that context, which was especially evident during the Hungarian Presidency of the European Council. Voicing gratitude for the unequivocal and firm support by Hungary and the invested efforts in support of our European integration, Minister Mucunski stressed the Government’s commitment to continue the European path by implementing significant reforms domestically and acting responsibly on the international stage,” the Ministry said.
