COVID-19: 75 new cases, 60 recoveries

Skopje, 15 June 2022 (MIA) – North Macedonia recorded 75 new COVID-19 cases after 937 tests were performed in the past 24 hours, no deaths were reported, while 60 patients recovered, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday.
Of the new cases, 61 were registered in Skopje, followed by Bitola – 6, Kochani – 2, Prilep – 1, Tetovo – 1, Kavadarci – 1, Shtip – 1, Kichevo – 1, and Probishtip – 1.
According to the e-registry of Covid-related fatalities, two persons died, both from Skopje, in period May 15-June 7.
At the moment, 365 cases are active nationwide. Since the onset of the epidemic, North Macedonia has performed a total of 2,068,585 tests, recording 312,748 COVID-19 cases and 303,065 recoveries. The death toll has reached 9,318.
