Parliament Speaker Afrim Gashi met Monday with Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Secretary General Amer Kapetanović and referred to the need to intensify regional cooperation and improve neighborly ties in the area, amid geopolitical shifts across the globe, with the aim of maintaining peace and stability in the region.
