Gostivar, 23 August 2022 (MIA) — Twenty-five unemployed people with low qualifications will work in city maintenance and other public jobs in Gostivar, Mayor Arben Taravari announced on social media after meeting with the new city employees in Dolna Banjica. "For the second time, the Municipality of Gostivar has won the project through which 25 unemployed people with low qualifications are being hired through a public ad for the organization of public affairs," Taravari wrote, adding that the national employment agency was implementing this program. The people will be hired for a maximum of 22 days and will be paid a net daily wage of Mden 600. On their first day of work, the new employees cleared out Dolna Banjica illegal landfills and former army storage units. dk/mr/
