Skopje, 29 November 2023 (MIA) - The country's healthcare system will operate in normal mode during the OSCE summit, with enhanced capacties nevertheless, said Deputy Health Minister Maja Manoleva on Wednesday.

A contant point has been designated to be in continued communication with the summit's organizers.

"This person will coordinate the possible healthcare needs of the event's participants. Furthermore, staff has been nominated in largest health institutions, both public and private, who will coordinate activities if necessary," said Manoleva.

She added that emergency vehicles have been deployed at certain strategic points, whereas the regular emergency service remains at the disposal of the general population.
