Bitola, 7 September 2023 (MIA) — Bitola-born and New York-based Macedonian singer-songwriter Krste Rodzevski will give a concert at the Bitola Culture Center.

Rodzevski will perform songs from his latest album "Black Earth" (Defkaz Records, 2023), based on traditional Macedonian music, as well as from his previous releases “Batania”, “Bitter Almonds”, and “The Rabbit and the Fallen Sycamore” (Much Prefer Records, 2015, 2017, 2018), “Hubris” (MOD Reloaded, 2020), and “Fair Weather Friends” (Point of Entry, 2022).

The Bitola Culture Center is also organizing a Sept. 14 concert of the Bitola Chamber Orchestra. They will perform songs from the 1980s and 1990s.

Bitola's Interfest classical music festival will follow in October, and in November, the Slovenian band Laibach will headline Bitola's World Music Festival. mr/
