Skopje, 6 October 2022 (MIA) – North Macedonia and Canada are partners and friends, Deputy Prime Minister in charge of good governance policies, Slavica Grkovska and Canada’s Ambassador to North Macedonia, Giles Norman, said at a meeting on Thursday. Grkovska and Norman stated that Canada was a great supporter of North Macedonia’s NATO accession processes, the Deputy PM Office said in a press release. Deputy PM Grkovska assessed that Canada’s support of the Government is very significant for the country. She also introduced the Ambassador to the country’s EU accession process. Ambassador Norman stressed that the EU accession process is significant not only for North Macedonia, but for the entire region as well, and it will bring additional stability and a prosperous future, reads the press release. ad/ik/
