Skopje, 7 June 2023 (MIA) - German companies remain on their decisions to invest amid the current political developments in the country but more investments would come if the reforms are more clear, said German Deputy-Ambassador Otto Graf on Wednesday.
"There have been fresh demands for investments in North Macedonia over the past seven months, some are quite specific, and despite the difficult political situation, these companies stick to their decisions. Nevertheless, I believe there would be even more interest for investments if the reforms are more clear," Graf told reporters.
It must be clear, he added, that reforms primarily concern improvement of people's lives.
"Proper economic structure where companies can develop requires increased efficiency by the administration, because this is the way to have more investors," noted Graf.
