Kichevo, 13 October 2021 (MIA) – Fatmir Dehari is a mayor for all, and that’s why you should vote for him, Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) leader Ali Ahmeti told a rally in Kichevo on Wednesday as part of the party’s campaign for the October 17 local elections. Ahmeti highlighted the results achieved by incumbent mayor Dehari who seeks reelection to Kichevo, stressing that Dehari will further continue to build and modernize Kichevo. “Behind us is the time of the Ohrid Agreement. We’re now turning a new page for a green Kichevo, for a clean and developed city, a city of intellectuals,” Ahmeti said, once again urging voters, the citizens, to cast their vote for Fatmir Dehari. Mayoral candidate Dehari announced rapid development of Kichevo, a clean and attractive city of happy citizens. “When the transfer of power took place in 2013, there was a certain reserve among many in terms of how this municipality and the city of Kichevo will continue to function. But you can witness for yourselves the revival that this city experienced over the past eight years,” Dehari said, announcing full transformation of the city and the municipality. In addition, Dehari announced return of part of the diaspora in Kichevo, which would bring new investments, and called on young people to stay in the city. He also stressed that he has a vision for economic development of the city and the municipality. Kreshnik Bekteshi, Artan Grubi and Talat Xhaferi also addressed DUI’s rally in Kichevo on Wednesday.
