Skopje, 28 April 2024 (MIA) – DUI leader Ali Ahmeti, said late Sunday in Debar that together we must build peace, stability, future, and establish European standards and fight against crime and corruption.
As reported by DUI, at the meeting with citizens in Debar, Ahmeti stressed that Macedonia has its place in Europe.
“This country has its place in Europe, and for this country, we must work together, Macedonians and Albanians, instead of going back to the past and to be dismayed because I mentioned the KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army). But the KLA is Albanian pride, and the KLA saved Macedonia,” Ahmeti said.
He added that he formed a front with Albanian political parties that included all communities.
“I formed a front with the Albanian political parties, but I made this front invincible by including the communities that you disdain, such as the Turkish, Roma, and Bosnian communities. We strive to make this Constitution that we made even closer to the citizens of the Republic of North Macedonia by including the Bulgarian, Egyptian, Montenegrin, and Croatian communities. The Ohrid Agreement and the change in the political and legal status of Albanians did not destroy Macedonia,” Ahmeti said in Debar.
He said that the European front will be the winner of the elections on May 8 and that the people will decide who will be part of the Government.
MP candidate in the fifth election district, Musa Xhaferi, stated in Debar that the support of the European Front will facilitate the successful path towards full membership in the European Union.
He urged all citizens to vote for the Front's list, emphasizing that it is in the best interest of the country.
Arbana Pasholi, MP candidate, highlighted that backing the European Front is endorsing the country's European path and urged everyone to vote for number 4.
