Vucic announces 'Wine Vision by Open Balkan' fair in Belgrade

Belgrade, 10 November 2023 (MIA) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who is attending the Paris Peace Forum, announced Friday the "Wine Vision by Open Balkan" fair in the country's capital on November 16-19, MIA reports from Belgrade.
President Vucic told RTS the wine fair, organized by Open Balkan member-states Serbia, North Macedonia and Albania, will also include the most prestigious French wineries.
"It will be magnificent and wonderful. I invite all people in Serbia to come and visit the fair. It will be the third or fourth-largest wine fair in Europe. Apart from Vinitaly and Dusseldorf, I am not sure if there is any other fair larger than this," said Vucic.
He added that 325 foreign wineries will take part, including 66 from North Macedonia and 21 from Albania, alongside 300 from Serbia.
