Skopje, 24 January 2024 (MIA) – VMRO-DPMNE will propose Panche Toshkovski as its candidate for Interior Minister in the caretaker Government, and Gjoko Velkovski as Minister of Labor and Social Policy, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski told TV Telma in an interview on Wednesday evening.

VMRO-DPMNE’s proposal for additional Deputy Minister of Finance in the caretaker Government is Elena Petrova, Stefan Andonovski has been proposed as additional Deputy Minister of Information Society and Administration, and Cvetan Tripunovski is the name put forward for the position of Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy.

The party’s Executive Committee is set to convene at 8:30pm on Wednesday to discuss the proposed candidates.

“Maybe we can’t expect miracles to happen during these 100 days, miracles are impossible in 100 days considering that all caretaker governments so far have been governments of conflicts, but if we manage to ensure a natural flow of the electoral process, to assure the citizens that it is fair and democratic, then we have succeeded,” said Mickoski.
