Share of August electricity production in consumption at 93.2 percent
Skopje, 24 October 2025 (MIA) - Total gross electricity produced in August was 381 301 MWh, which represents 93.2% of the gross national electricity consumption.
In August 2025, the total consumption by types of energy commodities was: 409 092 МWh of electricity, 20.185 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 267 987 tonnes of coal and 110 475 tonnes of petroleum products.
In August, 99.9% of the total national consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.
