Skopje, 12 July 2022 (MIA) - Protest under slogan “Ultimatum – No Thank You” against the draft-negotiating framework proposed by the French EU Presidency resumed Tuesday in Skopje for the ninth day in a row. Protesters, led by the opposition VMRO-DPMNE and Levica, carrying Macedonian flags and banners gathered in front of the Government building. They are set to march to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before arrive outside the Parliament building. Protests have been held every day at 7 pm, except on Saturday due to the Muslim holiday Qurban Bayram. Last Friday, roadblocks as a show of protest against the proposal were erected in Skopje and on three highways.
