Podgorica, 28 November 2024 (MIA) – President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova is paying Thursday and Friday an official visit to Montenegro.

Siljanovska Davkova will be welcomed later in the day in Cetinje by Montenegro’s President, Jakov Milatović, in a ceremony with high state and military honours, followed by a tête-à-tête meeting between the two presidents and a plenary meeting of the two countries’ delegations. 

Siljanovska Davkova and Milatović will plant a tree of friendship in the yard of the Montenegrin President’s residence, her press office said. 

In Podgorica, President Siljanovska Davkova will meet with the President of the Montenegrin Parliament, Andrija Mandić.

On Friday, Siljanovska Davkova will meet with Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajić.

As part of her official visit, President Siljanovska Davkova will deliver a lecture at the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro, themed “Western Balkan Democratic and EU Integration Marathon."
