Skopje, 12 June 2024 (MIA) – President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova on the sidelines of the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin on Wednesday met with Barbara Rambousek, Director for General and Economic Inclusion at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Talks focused on the exceptional importance of the implementation of EBRD projects in the country, aimed at continued development of social and economic processes in the Macedonian society in line with our European strategic commitment, said Siljanovska Davkova’s office.

The two interlocutors emphasized the efforts to promote gender equality as a key factor of a functioning sustainable and inclusive market economy.

“To that end, President Siljanovska Davkova expressed satisfaction with the successfulness of EBRD’s implemented policies in the country,” said the press release.
