Skopje, 30 March 2023 (MIA) - Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi met Thursday with Montenegro Minister of Human and Minority Rights, Fatmir Gjeka, agreeing that good bilateral relations can be raised at a higher level through more intensive communication between the two countries but also in regional and multilateral terms.

Speaker Xhaferi and Minister Gjeka assessed the EU integration process as an excellent opportunity for exchange of opinions and experiences, with the former briefing his guest on the process of constitutional changes that should involve all political forces, towards meeting the condition for continuation of the negotiations, the Parliament said in a press release.

Minister Gjeka referred to the situation related to human rights in Montenegro, but also relations with neighbors and regional countries, as well as the ongoing presidential elections.
