Open call for financial support of new destinations from country's airports
Skopje, 16 December 2024 (MIA) - The Ministry of Transport said Monday a public call has been opened for financial support of new destinations from the country's airports for the period between 2025-2027.
The financial support amounts to EUR 9 per passenger flown to International Airport Skopje and EUR 12 per passenger flown to St.Paul the Apostle airport in Ohrid.
The available funds amount to EUR 1.327.045 for 2025, EUR 1.010.478 for 2026 and EUR 1.028.552 for 2027.
The airline is obligated to operate the flight at least twice a week, upon a previously determined schedule during the period of the financial support, except for the weeks of New Year, Catholic and Orthodox Christmas, reads the call.
