Open Balkan leaders sign agreement on mutual recognition of diplomas issued by higher education institutions
Skopje, 8 June 2022 (MIA) – North Macedonia’s Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski, his Albanian counterpart Edi Rama and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić signed at the Open Balkan Summit in Ohrid on Wednesday an agreement on Western Balkans cooperation in the area of mutual recognition of diplomas and post-graduate degrees issued by higher education institutions and other authorized institutions. Macedonian Minister of Culture Bisera Kostadinovska Stojchevska, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information Maja Gojković, and Albanian Minister of Culture Elva Margariti signed a memorandum of understanding for cultural cooperation. Memoranda of understanding were signed for cooperation in the field of tourism and tax administrations of the Western Balkans by the line ministers and heads of institutions.
