Brussels, 24 June 2024 (MIA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski will take part Monday in the session of the EU Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) in Luxembourg alongside EU and Western Balkans foreign ministers.

Mucunski will participate in part of the FAC session dedicated to the EU integration processes of the Western Balkan countries and the ways for strengthening cooperation and EU presence in the region, the Foreign Ministry said. 

The FAC session will be chaired by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.

In addition to attending the FAC session, Mucunski as part of his Luxembourg visit will also attend an audience with the Luxembourg Grand Duke Henri and a working dinner with the EU and Western Balkans foreign ministers at an invitation by Luxembourg’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Xavier Bettel.

After departing Luxembourg, Mucunski will pay his first working visit to Brussels where he is expected to meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and EU top officials.
