Skopje, 6 November 2025 (MIA) - Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said Thursday that Government projections on the inflation in 2025 range between 3.5 and 4 percent.

On the National Bank's upward revision of prior Government projections, PM Mickoski said it was expected that the October inflation would be higher compared to the same month in 2024.

"We expect inflation to be a bit higher this month because it was very low last October due to the measures we undertook. Therefore, the base is low, at 4-4.5 percent. I expect the annual inflation to range between 3.5 and 4 percent, and between 2-3 percent in 2026, as per our projections," Mickoski told reporters.

The National Bank has projected this year's inflation at 3.9 percent.
