Skopje, 28 July 2022 (MIA) – On July 27, Jeri Dible was sworn in as the new USAID Country Representative for the Republic of North Macedonia. Arriving at a time of significant new prospects for the country, Dible will work with the Government of North Macedonia to advance a shared vision that builds on 30 years of partnership, promotes locally led development, and meets today’s opportunities, USAID Mission in North Macedonia said in a press release on Thursday. This will be Dible’s first posting as Country Representative. She most recently served on USAID’s COVID-19 Task Force and with USAID’s Afghanistan Mission. She started her USAID career as a Health Officer and has led teams in Mozambique, Georgia, and Ukraine, as well as in Washington, D.C. Dible has a Master’s Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the U.S. Army’s School of Advanced Military Studies and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington. She has dual Bachelor’s Degrees from Kansas State University in Child Development and Social Work.
