Drama Theater – Skopje to perform ‘My Name Is Goran Stefanovski’ at Niš festival
Skopje, 10 September 2022 (MIA) – Drama Theater – Skopje is set to perform ‘My Name Is Goran Stefanovski’ play, directed by Branislav Mićunović, at the 3rd edition of the “Theater at the Crossroads” festival in Niš on Saturday.
The National Theater in Niš organizes this festival to affirm the similarities and differences in the cultural identity of the theater scene in the region. Six plays from the Balkan countries are taking part in the competition, said the Drama Theater – Skopje.
Playwright Branislava Ilić is the dramaturge of the play, which is a homage to the work and legacy of Goran Stefanovski who died in 2018.
Aleksandar Denić is the stage designer, and the music score is by Vlatko Stefanovski. The cast includes Biljana Dragičević Projkovska, Jelena Žugić, Sofija Kunovska, Sonja Stamboldzhioska, Ana Dimitrova, Meto Jovanovski, Dragan Spasov – Dac, Igor Angelov, Zlatko Mitreski, Stefan Vujisic, Damjan Cvetanovski and Sasha Dimitrievska.
