Skopje, 26 October 2021 (MIA) – SDSM leader Zoran Zaev met Tuesday with the citizens of Shuto Orizari, urging for unification towards local progress and country’s development. Zaev said the goal is to raise the standard of urban living, utility infrastructure, education in kindergartens and primary schools, but also raise the economic standard of the Roma community. “It’s important to achieve unity and I am pleased we are doing this. We are sending a message of unification to the other candidates and they are doing this. Our coalition is strong because we are a multiethnic coalition, one society where everyone has an equal chance,” said Zaev. He rallied for Shuto Orizari mayor candidate Ferat Asan and a second term of incumbent Skopje Mayor Petre Shilegov. “It is important that the City of Skopje continues on the path of development, continued advancement of all municipalities in Skopje, including Shuto Orizari. Let’s vote for Ferat Asan and Petre Shilegov on Sunday,” said Zaev.
