Skopje, 28 July 2021 (MIA) – Prime Minister Zoran Zaev has welcomed on Wednesday Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, who are set to take part in the Economic Forum for Regional Cooperation in Skopje on Thursday.
“This afternoon I welcomed the President of Serbia, Vučić, and the Prime Minister of Albania, Rama, after which we went together to Skopje’s reconstructed riverside walk, where Mayor Shilegov was our host. We also talked with citizens in downtown Skopje, in light of the Economic Forum for Regional Cooperation which is being held for the first time in North Macedonia, as well as the opening of new perspectives for our connection,” PM Zaev said in a Facebook post.
The Balkans, he says, is our common European home in which we support each other and in which we improve relations.
“We’re looking forward, towards a better tomorrow, towards economic growth and development, towards prosperity for our peoples,” Zaev posted on Facebook.
