Von der Leyen: Implementing reforms and respecting Prespa Agreement ‘paramount’ for North Macedonia’s EU path

Skopje, 12 May 2024 (MIA) - European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen wrote in a post on social media platform X on Sunday that for North Macedonia to continue its successful path to the EU, it is “paramount” that the country continues implementing reforms and respecting its binding agreements, including the Prespa Agreement.
“For North Macedonia to continue its successful path on EU accession it is paramount that the country continues on the path of reforms and full respect for its binding agreements, including the Prespa Agreement,” von der Leyen wrote.
