Skopje, 16 September 2024 (MIA) - Deputy PM and Minister of Transport Aleksandar Nikoloski met Monday with new French Ambassador Christophe Le Rigoleur, exchainging opinions and positions on current political and economic affairs in the country and the region, while highlighting bilateral relations.

Minister Nikoloski reaffirmed the French support in the realization of the country's strategic goals and briefed Ambassador Le Rigoleur on the Government's programme and investments in the infrastructure sector, primarily in the road and railway corridors.

Interlocutors also discussed the reforms implemented as part of the country's EU integration path and highlighted the need to intensify bilateral cooperation, the Ministry of Transport said in a press release.
