Toni Mandzhukovski Mandzhuk releases “21 G.®: Verses Torn from the Soul
Skopje, 5 September 2022 (MIA) — Macedonian poets Eftim Kletnikov and Vladimir Martinovski will speak about Toni Mandzhukovski Mandzhuk’s new poetry collection “21 G.®: Verses Torn from the Soul" at a book launch to be held this evening in the St. Dimitrij church courtyard at 7 pm. According to his publicist, Mandzhukovski's book launch will also include music performances by Zhaklina Stevkovska, Dzhinas Papa Dzhoksi, Jovana Zajkov and the Serenada choir. Mandzukovski’s previous releases include a poetry, fiction, and photo collection titled "Stairway to Penguin City" (1999); the environmental fairy tale "The Broken Compass" (2001); the short story collection "Aqueduct" (2005); his master thesis titled "Analysis of the Electromagnetic Phenomena in a Two-Speed Single-Phase Asynchronous Condenser Motor" (2013); the duodrama "Testament" (2015); and a trilingual long poem on Nikola Tesla's youth "Kako ti i ja / Kao ti i ja / Like you and me" (2020). His book launches have all included performance acts, featuring Toni Mihajlovski and the Cyber Penguins, Dejan Lilikj, Irena Ristikj, Jana Stoikj, Davor Petrovski, Danilo Kocevski, Irena Spirovska, Jovo Brahms and Sashko Kocev. mr/
