'The Business of Pleasure' to be shown at Caribbean Sea Film Festival

Skopje, 12 January 2024 (MIA) — Macedonian filmmaker Goce Cvetanovski's debut feature, the political thriller on human trafficking "The Business of Pleasure" (2023), will be shown at the Caribbean Sea International Film Festival held in Venezuela on Jan. 19–21.
According to producers in a press release, the film was screened at 20 international film festivals and won five awards in 2023. This is the third time the film has played in Latin America, where it received the best film awards at film festivals in Peru and Panama.
The cast consists of Musa Isufi, Slagjana Vujoshevikj, Ismail Kasumi, Damjan Cvetanovski, Osman Ahmeti, Eleni Dekidis, Mendim Murtezi, Egzona Salihu, Avni Dalipi and Katerina Kocevska.
Cvetanovski wrote and directed the movie, also producing it with Driton Ramadani and Bogdan Jonchevski.
"The Business of Pleasure" was filmed with the support of the Film Agency of North Macedonia. It will have its Macedonian premiere this spring, producers said. mr/
