Skopje, 16 March 2025 (MIA) - The embassies of Sweden and Switzerland have expressed their condolences over the loss of life after the deadly fire in a nightclub in Kochani.

“The Embassy of Sweden mourns the tragic loss of life after the fire in Kochani. Our thoughts are with the victims and their families and loved ones. Our thoughts are also with others affected and all of those now working to help and support,” the Swedish Embassy said in a post on Facebook.

In a post on social media platform X, the Swiss Embassy expressed its shock and sadness over the tragic fire.

“We were shocked and deeply saddened by the news of the tragic event of Kochani. Our thoughts are with the families of the victims. We wish those who were injured quick recovery,” said the post signed by Swiss Ambassador Veronique Hulmann.
