Kumanovo, 11 October 2025 (MIA) — To mark October 11, National Uprising Day, a government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Community Relations Ivan Stoilkovikj laid flowers at the Memorial Ossuary in Kumanovo.

The delegation, including Minister of Public Administration Goran Minchev and Deputy Minister of European Affairs Viktorija Trajkov, paid tribute to the fallen heroes who gave their lives for the liberty, dignity and future of the Macedonian nation, the Ministry of Community Relations said in a press release.

According to the release, Deputy PM Stoilkovikj said October 11 remained a symbol of the Macedonian anti-fascist fight for freedom and dignity.

"The delegation bowed before the memorial as a sign of deep gratitude and remembrance of the historical sacrifice and vision of the generations that laid the foundation of today's state," the release said. mr/
