Skopje, 9 July 2022 (MIA) – Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi congratulated Saturday all Muslim believers in the country on the Qurban Bayram holiday. Xhaferi in the note calls for unity aimed to overcome any obstacles or difficulties. “On behalf of the lawmakers in the Parliament of the Republic of North Macedonia and on my own behalf, I express my sincere congratulations to all the Muslim believers in the country on the great Muslim holiday - Eid al-Adha, with good wishes of health, peace, prosperity. Eid al-Adha, as a holiday of solidarity and compassion, a holiday of generosity and forgiveness, understanding and mutual respect between people, regardless of whether they are near or far, known or unknown, may fill the hearts of all people with the joy and happiness,” reads the note. “Let’s unite to overcome any obstacles or difficulties. Let's celebrate life together and build a common future,” Xhaferi said.
