Sofia, 15 September 2022 (MIA) – Bulgarians, Macedonians and the French EU Presidency worked together on making Europe stronger, so that problems related to history between the two countries are understood better, said French Ambassador to Bulgaria, Florence Robine on Thursday. “We were open, we listened to both sides and I believe we managed to reach a compromise that guarantees the future and friendship of both nations,” Ambassador Robine told BGNES. According to her, Europe must be united in facing current challenges brought by the many crises. “Now more than ever, the European continent should stand united in overcoming all difficulties and challenges we are facing. Although we are different, the most important thing is to be united and move forward together,” said Robine.
