Skopje, 13 November 2022 (MIA) - Skopje Mayor Danela Arsovska on Sunday, which marks Skopje Liberation Day, held a traditional meting with the World War Two veterans wishing them good health and successful cooperation in the future, her office said. Mayor Arsovska expressed gratitude for the courage, strength and determination in the fight for freedom of Skopje and Macedonia, said the press release. "Respecting our heroes and dedicated fighters, their unyielding sacrifice reminds us how important it is to respect and remember the sacrifice given by the fighters to live today in a free Skopje," the City of Skopje said.
