Skopje, 19 October 2023 (MIA) - Second regional expert meeting on Cluster 1 - Fundamentals will take place in Skopje on Thursday as part of project "Let Justice Rule the Region".

The meeting will focus on exchange of national practices and knowledge, contributing to the adoption of recommendations in the field. A document of comparable results and specific proposals on public policies is to be drafted and forwarded to the key stakeholders in the EU accession process.

The project is supported by the MATRA programme of The Netherlands, which monitors negotiating aspects of Cluster 1 related to reforms in the judiciary, security, preventing and countering corruption, as well as other issues of vital significance for the EU integration process in three countries - Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia.
