Skertsos: No tolerance for paramilitary Nazi groups, lawlessness and intimidation of citizens

Athens, 27 April 2023 (MIA) - Greece will not tolerate lawlessness and intimidation of citizens, said Greek government spokesperson, Akis Skertsos, during Thursday's press briefing, commenting on the incident in Thessaloniki when a group of black-clad members of "Golden Dawn" disrupted the exhibition by Macedonian artist Sergej Andreevski, MIA's Athens correpsondent reports.
In response to a reporter's question about the incident that took place at a gallery in the Thessaloniki district of Kalamaria, where Andreevski's works are exhibited, Skertsos said there's also no tolerance for paramilitary Nazi groups, a term used in Greece for the organized Golden Dawn groups.
"There's no tolerance for the so-called paramilitary Nazi groups, no tolerance for lawlesness, no tolerance for intimidation of citizens," Skertsos said.
