Siljanovska-Davkova: New experts on global issues, EU integration, and climate change to join the Security Council

Skopje, 4 July 2024 (MIA) - President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova is to soon expand her cabinet with a domestic policy advisor and fill security council seats with experts on global issues, EU integration, and climate change.

Siljanovska-Davkova told Kanal 5 TV Thursday evening that she currently has only one foreign policy advisor, Zhidas Daskalovski, though she can still engage up to four more advisors.

“Currently, there is one foreign policy advisor in my team, Zhidas Daskalovski, and the law permits the appointment of up to five advisors. The individuals I would like to include have been avoiding politics for a long time, offering advice informally. Soon, there will also be a domestic policy advisor, and I will fill the three positions in the Security Council. I plan to have experts on global issues, EU integration, and climate change in the Council," said President Siljanovska-Davkova.
