Skopje, 6 October 2025 (MIA) - With the presidents of the countries participating in the Brdo-Brijuni Process, today in Durrës we will exchange views on the most important issues related to European integration: the EU’s Growth Plan, youth policy and brain drain, regional cooperation and security, wrote President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova in a social media post Monday.

In the post on her official Facebook page, the President wrote the Brdo-Brijuni Process is inspired by the solidarity and friendship between the countries of the region, with the intent to encourage political dialogue and partnership at the highest level and strengthen mutual trust.

“This year, the host of the meeting of the leaders of the countries participating in the Brdo-Brijuni Process is the President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj. The holding of the process is confirmation of the need for regular dialogue to address regional challenges and resolve open disputes,” Siljanovska-Davkova wrote.
The Brdo-Brijuni Process is a joint initiative of the presidents of the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia. The first leaders’ meeting was held in 2013, in Brdo Castle near Kranj.
