Negotino, 16 July 2024 (MIA) — President and Commander in Chief of the armed forces Gordana Siljanovska Davkova together with Deputy Chief of General Staff Major General Azim Nuredin visited Tuesday army members fighting the raging fires in Pepelishte near Negotino, her PR team said.

President Siljanovska Davkova was informed of the ongoing extinguishing activities on the ground and from the air and the progress so far. During her visit of the incinerated areas in Pepelishte and Krivolak, she also learned about the army's capacities and coordination with the local firefighters.
