Skopje, 24 April 2024 (MIA) – The process of voting for a head of state so far is peaceful in all polling stations, said the State Election Commission (SEC), adding that voter turnout by 1 pm is 26.35%, according to data sent from 1,720 polling stations (49.03%). 

Voter turnout is up by 6% compared to the same period of the first round of the 2019 presidential elections, said SEC President Aleksandar Dashtevski.

Data sent so far to the Commission show that highest turnout by 1 pm was reported in the municipality of Novaci (42.87%) and the lowest in Vrapchishte, 10.18%.
